User Data Deletion Instructions (PingUp Friends)
At PingUp Friends (“PingUp”, “we”, “our”), we respect your privacy and you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
1) Delete from inside the app (recommended)
If you have access to your account:
Open the PingUp Friends app
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion
After confirmation, your account and data will be scheduled for deletion.
2) Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email us from your registered email ID:
Email: jiya24suport@gmail.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request – PingUp Friends
Please include:
Your full name
Your registered email / phone number
(Optional) Your profile link or username
Reason (optional)
We will verify your request and process deletion.
3) What data will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will delete:
Your account profile details (name, email/phone, username)
Your messages and content associated with your account (where applicable)
Any login identifiers or tokens used for authentication
4) Retention period
We generally complete deletion within 7–30 days.
Some information may be retained only if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
5) Facebook Login (if used)
If you logged in using Facebook, you can also remove our app access here:
Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → remove PingUp Friends
Removing app access stops future data sharing, and you can still request full deletion using the steps above.
